Hunter Spice Towers
These sculptures were designed custom for Hunter Restaurant in NY. The cuisine is Modern French Mediterranean fusion which tends to use spices like cardamom, ginger, tarragon, cloves, coriander, cumin, dill, fennel, garlic, lavender, marjoram, mint, oregano, parsley, paprika, rosemary, saffron, sage, savory, etc… I had chosen the first three as my inspiration. I have done series of these sculptures for years and this is the most recent version.
