Icecream Carver
This is a concept that solved all the problems I had with icecream. I prefer very cold and chewy icecream - It is textural for me. I can appreciate a smooth soft icecream but I do not think icecream should be soupy. This carver gets the icecream out in curls. If the icecream needs a little help, there is a spatula base for the carver to rest on that is there to help.
Icecream Scoopers were a little obsession of mine at a certain point and I came up with a concept that keeps the icecream cold and is easier to use than any scooper I have used.
